With over 15,000 in-patient and out-patient therapy visits per year, Welbrook Las Cruces Rehabilitation Center is the premier regional facility for all of southern New Mexico.
A significant objective of the design of the building was to maximize staff efficiencies in the overall organization of the plan in order to minimize the FTEs of the overall operation. Through extensive study sessions with project representatives and program managers, the LB/A design team was able to reduce operational costs through an FTE efficiency/utilization study effort.
