Lantern Hill is a multi-phase Life Plan Community containing over 1,000 units of Independent Living along with Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. Located in New Providence, New Jersey, a bed-room community outside of New York City. The Design team utilized local imagery and the local vernacular to establish the design aesthetic and the persona of the project.
Amenities include an aquatic center, spa & fitness center, movie theater, and flex spaces for a variety of small and large group gatherings. Strong indoor-outdoor connections and exterior gathering spaces were established for all levels of care throughout the community.
