Lantz-Boggio Architectural and Interior Design firm is currently seeking a Senior Level Interior Designer/Project Manager with 8-12 years’ design and proven record of commitment to quality and excellence. The successful candidate will work with the Interior Design Principal and Operations Director and function as a team leader in design development, construction documents, bidding and construction administration phases of the project, for Senior Living Care environments and high-end multi-family projects.
A minimum of 8-12 years’ prior interior design experience in an Architecture and/or Interior Design Firm.
Advanced Revit skills with advanced experience and knowledge with construction documentation. AutoCAD and Sketchup are a plus.
Proven ability to manage team and projects, including consultants.
Direct interaction with the client, building and maintaining client relationships.
High technical knowledge and design ability. An expertise in project delivery. A warrior for quality.
Interior Design degree required.
Must be able to travel locally and nationally 15-20% of the time.

Schedule and manage the design and FF&E process. Find ways to push the design above what is expected or typical.
Be an outstanding communicator. Build a good relationship with the client, the GC and your colleagues. Be assertive.
Coach/mentor/support LBA team.
Responsible for all project deliverables: interior design drawings, finish and FF&E specifications.
