Mid-Level Interior Designer

 

Lantz-Boggio Architectural and Interior Design firm, is currently seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer with interior design project experience and a proven record of commitment to quality and excellence. The successful candidate will work with the project manager and team in design development, and execute presentation materials as well as construction documentation.

 

The Successful Candidate will:

  • Be Revit and AutoCAD proficient, 3D Rendering skills a plus
  • Minimum of 6-8+ years of experience in Hospitality or Senior Care Living
  • Work in an environment that is empowering, stimulating and challenging
  • Be a high driver, resourceful and committed to the highest level of client service
  • Be experienced, talented and able to lead the technical and pragmatic functions of the project
  • Have incredible growth opportunities with the firm
  • Must live in the Denver Metropolitan Area
  • Must be able to travel locally and nationally 15% of the time

 

The Interior Designer must have experience with interior design coordination of architectural & interior construction drawings and documentation. The position duties will include:

 

1. Project/Sheet set-up including:

• Title block/Project information

• Plans (Demo, Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Finish Plans, Enlarged Plans)

• Interior Elevations/Sections/Details

• Notes/Legends/Schedules

 

2. Drafting in Revit

• Plans (Demo, Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Finish Plans, Enlarged Plans)

• Interior Elevations

• Millwork /Sections/Details

 

3. Pick-up Redlines

• Plans (Demo, Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Finish Plans, Enlarged Plans)

• Interior Elevations/Sections/Details

• Millwork

• Notes/Legends/Schedules
